In Ghaziabad, a 35-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for the alleged killing of a 70-year-old woman during a dispute with her son in Madhuban Bapudham. The incident unfolded when Bijendra Kumar, the deceased woman's son, had an argument with Majid, who resides in the same area. The confrontation escalated, leading Majid to push Ramvati Devi, resulting in her falling and sustaining fatal injuries. ACP Abhishek Srivastava mentioned that Bijendra, who lived with his mother and brother in LIG flats in Madhuban Bapudham, confronted Majid, an e-rickshaw driver, for sitting outside their residence under the influence of alcohol.
